Right Standing Posture for a Healthy Back

It is not just your sitting posture but the way you stand also matters in your overall health. Healthy posture is a key factor to make the spine stronger and stable. So, one should stand straight without slouching or stooping as it forces your muscles and ligaments to struggle to keep you balanced which ultimately leads to back pain, headache and other back problems.

It is recommended to keep one foot forward of the other, with knees slightly flexed or bent, as it eases the pressure on your back. Also, make sure that your weight is evenly distributed on both the legs.
