Light exercises help a lot in relieving back pain

Lot of people say when they workout their chronic back pain subsides.People thought that this is hearsay and not based on medical facts.But medical science has endorsed this view after evaluating different options.Exercise leads to release of natural hormones called Endorphins which are natural body pain relievers.This also makes one feel happy and relaxed, further helping in combating pain psychologically. But the question arises how do you exercise when you are already in pain.The trick is to start with something light which your body can easily tolerate.
